# Outlook: mail and calendar, read as you.

Connect a mailbox and AUVY reads the project mail and meetings in it, back to a start date you choose, and finds the changes inside them, such as a new date, a new site or an extra request. Anything it would send or change in your calendar waits for you.

### What AUVY reads

- Mail in the folders you choose, with attachments and whole threads
- Your calendar: today, upcoming and single meetings
- Your contacts, to know who wrote

### What AUVY may prepare

- A reply or a new mail, drafted for you to send
- Creating, moving or cancelling a meeting, and answering an invitation

Each of these waits for a person to send it.

What it never does

- Send a mail on its own
- Read mailboxes you have not connected
- Reach any address beyond Microsoft's own

How it signs in

With your own login. The keys stay in AUVY's keyring, never in the connection.
