At the limit, new AI work pauses until Monday, when the week's AI starts fresh, while reading and review stay open. Nothing is billed by usage. Firms with more than 250 people or several companies take Enterprise by contract, from €39 a person a month, with company sign-in, a security review and a rollout plan. AUVY apps ## Apps on the same AUVY bill. AUVY apps sign in with your AUVY ID and install into your company's workspace. Currency and VAT Prices are in euros and net of VAT. Customers in Germany pay 19 % VAT on the invoice, and businesses elsewhere in the EU are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment By invoice and bank transfer, SEPA direct debit or card, processed by Stripe Payments Europe in Ireland. Contract With AUVY GmbH, Munich, under German law, with terms and documents in German and English. Data processing The AVV under Art. 28 GDPR is part of every order, with the technical and organisational measures (Art. 32 GDPR) as Annex 2\. The German text is binding, and we announce sub-processor changes in advance so you can object. Where data and AI run Workspace content stays on our own servers in Helsinki, and AI runs in EU regions at Amazon, Microsoft and Google. The trust center lists every subprocessor with its region. No customer data is designated for model training. Professional secrecy Lawyers, tax advisers, auditors and doctors switch on § 12 of the AVV (§ 203 StGB) in their Business workspace. We confirm in writing once our staff are bound under § 203 (4) StGB and only sub-processors with the same duty run. EU AI Act AUVY says it is an AI whenever someone asks, and a bot that writes to someone on its own signs as an AI the first time. Images AUVY makes carry a machine-readable credential. A person approves what goes out in their name, and the terms rule out prohibited uses and any high-risk use not agreed in advance. Works council AUVY has no per-person performance views and does not score employees, and we walk your works council through it before rollout. Certificates ISO 27001 and SOC 2 are planned, and the trust center shows where they stand. Pricing questions ## Questions about the price. Who counts as a person? Everyone in your company, or in the unit you license, who signs in to AUVY. Clients who approve by link, guests and bots don't count. Do projects cost extra? No. Every project, team and bot gets its own AUVY, so projects can start and end without changing the bill. What does full sync mean? AUVY copies the full history of each connected mailbox, calendar, channel and folder and then keeps up with every new item. It reads through each person's own sign-in and never writes back. Is there a free trial? There is no trial that runs out. AUVY opens by invitation for now, and when you are in, up to three people use it on one of your own projects at no charge, with a smaller AI allowance.
