# The schedule moves. AUVY makes sure your crews and your claims move with it.

Extra work agreed on site usually gets written up weeks later, if at all. AUVY compares every schedule version the general contractor sends, shows what it means for your crews and material and drafts the change order with the minutes and plans attached, for the site or project manager to sign off.

Contractors & building services

## A week on site.

Schedule version 7 arrives, and your start on level 3 moved two weeks forward in one row of a PDF. Defect lists, plans and mails come in through five channels, so every Monday the office rebuilds what is current.

Use cases

## What comes in, and what AUVY does with it.

1. When
### Schedule version 7 arrives: “please note the revised dates for your trade”.
AUVY
Finds your trade's changed dates against version 6 and checks them against your crew plan and material call-offs.
You get
A task to re-plan the crews and a reply asking the general contractor to confirm the new date.
Reads Schedule v6 ↔ v7 · Crew plan · Orders
2. When
### Extra work is agreed at the site meeting.
AUVY
Finds it in the minutes, checks it against your contract scope and gathers the plans and photos that belong to it.
You get
A change order with its sources, for the project manager to check and send.
Reads Minutes · Contract · Plans
3. When
### Work can't start because the area isn't ready.
AUVY
Collects the dates, mails and minutes on record and drafts a notice from them.
You get
A draft notice with its sources, which a person checks and sends in time.
Reads Mails · Minutes · Schedule
4. When
### The client's site supervisor sends a defect list.
AUVY
Sorts the items by area and trade, links each to its plan or photo and names what is already fixed on record.
You get
Tasks per crew with owner and date, and an answer to the supervisor.
Reads Defect list · Plans · Reports

Meetings

## Site meetings, coordination with the general contractor, acceptance.

Meetings Before After

Site meeting Open points for your trade, schedule changes since the last meeting and change orders still waiting. Every agreement becomes a task or a change order draft, with its line in the minutes.

Coordination with the general contractor Your changed dates, their effect on crews and material, and the questions to raise. The agreed dates checked against the plan and confirmations drafted.

Acceptance Defects on record, what is fixed and what is disputed, each with its source. Remaining items as tasks with owners and dates, and the protocol filed with the project.

Rules

## How AUVY fits the way your trade works.

Written form and deadlines

Notices and change orders often need written form within a deadline. AUVY drafts them with their sources, and a person checks the legal wording and sends them. AUVY gives no legal advice.

Your contract as the baseline

Extra work is checked against the contract scope you give the project, so every claim starts with its sources attached.

A record that holds

Every version of every schedule and plan is kept with the date it arrived, so you can show what was valid when.
