## Why it exists

A search fund raises money to buy one company and run it. Much of the time goes before a deal even starts: registers, industry sources, spreadsheets and call notes sit in separate places, and each person scores targets a little differently.

akolo keeps one record per company, with the source of every fact, and carries it from the market map through screening and due diligence to the decision. Assumptions, risks and approvals stay apart. The investment decision stays with the team.

The site shows where the product is going. akolo does not claim live feeds from every public register today.
