Founders Associate (m/w/d)

As Founders Associate you run the daily business with Achim Ströbel, co-founder and managing director, in a company that runs on AUVY and Outeva itself. You make sure conversations turn into paying customers and nothing sits.

The work

  • Every opportunity Achim hands you has a next step with a date, or a reason why it waits.
  • You prepare walkthroughs with owners and afterwards record what was said, with its source.
  • Invoices go out as soon as the work is done, and no receipt is missing from the books.
  • Every Friday both founders get your update: paid invoices, signed contracts, what is stuck and who has to decide what by when.

Your first 90 days

  1. Day 30Every open invoice and missing receipt is on record.
  2. Day 60Every opportunity has a next step, and you have prepared and followed up the first walkthroughs.
  3. Day 90Your routine is in a runbook, and the founders read client objections from your notes without asking.

What we look for

Needed

  • You work daily and in depth with coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code or comparable tools, and check what they produce before you use it
  • You are enrolled and can work 15 to 20 hours a week during the semester
  • You know how modern infrastructure runs and build in full TypeScript on current frameworks such as Next.js
  • You have seen something through in a job, a university project, a club or a small team; one concrete example is enough
  • You write short and clear in German and can work in English
  • You can tell what someone said from what you assume
  • You keep commitments, dates and open points reliably, in spreadsheets, a CRM and with AI tools whose results you check
  • You ask before anything leaves the company
  • You think in business and consulting terms by instinct: what a client pays for, where a project makes its margin and what an owner decides on

A plus

  • You have kept invoices, receipts or a club's books in order

What we offer

15 to 20 hours a week alongside your studies, directly with both founders. You see every number of the company and every decision that follows from it. You work across our projects as they need you, and each one sits at the front of what AI can do inside a company today.

The process includes a work sample of about 45 minutes. We pay travel costs to an interview on site.
