AUVY’s single point of contact under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act, for the authorities of the EU member states, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and the users of our services, is legal@auvy.ai. We accept messages in German and English.

To report content on an AUVY service that you believe is unlawful (Article 16 DSA), write to legal@auvy.ai and tell us where the content is, why you consider it unlawful, your name and email address, and that you believe your report is accurate and complete. We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay, and tell you and the affected user what we decided and why.

As a service provider, AUVY is responsible for its own content on these pages under general law. Under Sections 7 to 10 DDG, however, AUVY is not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the point at which a specific infringement becomes known. Upon notification of corresponding violations, content will be removed promptly.

This website contains links to third-party websites over whose content AUVY has no control. Therefore, no liability can be accepted for such external content. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages.

Linked pages were checked for potential legal violations at the time of linking. No unlawful content was identifiable at that time. Permanent monitoring is unreasonable without concrete indications of a legal violation. Such links will be removed promptly when notified of infringements.
