Currency and VAT

Prices are in euros and net of VAT. Customers in Germany pay 19 % VAT on the invoice, and businesses elsewhere in the EU are invoiced under reverse charge.

Payment

By invoice and bank transfer, SEPA direct debit or card, processed by Stripe Payments Europe in Ireland.

Contract

With AUVY GmbH, Munich, under German law, with terms and documents in German and English.

Data processing

The AVV under Art. 28 GDPR is part of every order, with the technical and organisational measures (Art. 32 GDPR) as Annex 2. The German text is binding, and we announce sub-processor changes in advance so you can object.

Where data and AI run

Workspace content stays on our own servers in Helsinki, and AI runs in EU regions at Amazon, Microsoft and Google. The trust center lists every subprocessor with its region. No customer data is designated for model training.

Professional secrecy

Lawyers, tax advisers, auditors and doctors switch on § 12 of the AVV (§ 203 StGB) in their Business workspace. We confirm in writing once our staff are bound under § 203 (4) StGB and only sub-processors with the same duty run.

EU AI Act

AUVY says it is an AI whenever someone asks, and a bot that writes to someone on its own signs as an AI the first time. Images AUVY makes carry a machine-readable credential. A person approves what goes out in their name, and the terms rule out prohibited uses and any high-risk use not agreed in advance.

Works council

AUVY has no per-person performance views and does not score employees, and we walk your works council through it before rollout.

Certificates

ISO 27001 and SOC 2 are planned, and the trust center shows where they stand.
