No. AUVY does not designate customer data for model training.

It fits firms of about 20 to 250 people that run client projects, work on fixed prices or milestones, and have had a change slip through before. It is not for you if you want an AI that decides for you, or if your scope is stable and internal.

Does AUVY send anything on its own?
No. AUVY prepares the next step. A person accepts, edits or rejects it. Nothing leaves without that.
Does AUVY replace our project tool?
No. It works beside Outlook, Teams and SharePoint and the tools you keep. It is not a replacement for your ERP or PLM.
How is a change followed through?
Every change becomes a task with an owner and a date. If a step needs someone, the run stops and asks that person by name, then continues. Your client can answer or approve through a link.
Can the whole team work in one project?
Yes. The team shares one project: the same picture, shared conversations with AUVY, and documents edited together live. Personal notes stay personal.
Is this another AI assistant?
No. An assistant waits for your question. AUVY watches the project, brings the change to you and shows where it came from.

Do I have to change how I work?
No. The first project works from a folder and a mail thread you give it. Outlook, Teams and SharePoint keep the picture current later.
How do I check what AUVY tells me?
Every answer shows its source: the file and the version it read, one click away. If a sentence has no source, AUVY names it.
Files →What if a file changed after AUVY read it?
Every file keeps its history. An answer points to the version it used, and you can open that version as well as the newer one.
Can AUVY build me a small tracker?
Yes. Ask for a change log or a tracker in plain words and it appears on the project, working, with its own records and version history.

Where is our data stored?
Workspace content, accounts and sign-in in the EU, on our servers in Helsinki. AI models and speech-to-text run in the EU, in Sweden. Some service metadata is processed outside the EU; every subprocessor is listed.
Subprocessors ↗What access to Microsoft 365 does AUVY need?
Each person connects with their own Microsoft sign-in, so AUVY sees only what that person can see, and only the mailboxes, teams and sites they connect. Every command a connection may run, and every address it may reach, is published.

Yes. TLS 1.2 or higher in transit to AUVY and our providers, encryption at rest for production databases and file storage, and extra protection for document contents and connected-account secrets.
Who at AUVY can see our data?
Only people in your workspace, following workspace roles, and AUVY staff with a need to operate the service, with limited production access for support and operations.
How long do you keep data?
Workspace content typically 30 days after the contract ends. Activity logs typically about 12 months. Product analytics up to 90 days in identifiable form, then aggregated or anonymised.
Are you ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. Both are in progress. The trust center publishes the status and will hold the reports when they exist.
Is there a data processing agreement (AVV)?
Yes. The DPA overview and the full AVV in German are on the trust center. Professional secrecy under § 203 StGB is available for Enterprise under the AVV.

How is AUVY billed?
We agree the first project in the walkthrough, based on the project you bring. What follows is agreed per firm, after the first project has shown what AUVY catches.

The privacy notice, the DPA overview, the full AVV and the subprocessor list, all on the trust center. Invoices come from AUVY GmbH, Germany.

What they see and do
Does our client need an account?
No. Clients answer and approve through a link, and the answer is recorded in the project.
What does our client see?
Only what you send or share: a question to answer, a change to approve, or a single page you share read-only. You can also invite a client into one project, never your whole workspace.
Can our client see our internal notes?
No. Internal conversations, what AUVY did and personal notes stay inside the project or with you. Nothing moves outward unless a person moves it.
