AUVY is AI work infrastructure that keeps the whole project team on the same page. The client changed the scope by email and half the team missed it. How do project teams catch changes like that?
AUVY reads the mail as it syncs, marks the new scope or the moved date and shows everyone on the project what it affects in the plan and the offer, with a link to the mail. It drafts the change request and the reply for a person to check and send.

No. AUVY prepares the next step, and nothing leaves until a person accepts, edits or rejects it.
Does AUVY replace our project tool?
No. It works beside Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and the tools you keep, and it does not replace your ERP or PLM.
How is a change followed through?
Every change becomes a task with an owner and a date. When a step needs someone, the run stops, asks that person by name and then continues, and your client can answer or approve through a link.
Can the whole team work in one project?
Yes. The team shares the same picture, the same conversations with AUVY and documents everyone edits together live, while personal notes stay personal.
Isn't this another AI chatbot?
You can ask it anything, and it also watches the project and brings you each change with what it affects before you ask.

Can AUVY build me a small tracker?
Yes. Ask for a change log or a tracker in plain words and it appears on the project, working, with its own records and version history.
IT and data protection
Where is our data stored?
Workspace content, accounts and sign-in stay in the EU on our servers in Helsinki, and AI models, compute and speech-to-text run in EU regions at Amazon, Microsoft and Google. Some service metadata is processed outside the EU, and every subprocessor is listed.

Each person connects with their own Microsoft sign-in, so AUVY sees only what that person can see, and only the mailboxes, teams and sites they connect. Every command a connection may run, and every address it may reach, is published.

Yes. Data travels over TLS 1.2 or higher to AUVY and our providers, document contents and connected-account secrets get extra protection, and every backup is encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
Who at AUVY can see our data?
People in your workspace, according to their roles, and AUVY staff who need to operate the service, with limited production access for support and operations.
How reliable is AUVY's memory?
We test it on public benchmarks. On LongMemEval, AUVY answers 91.8% of 500 questions correctly, and search puts the right conversation in the top five for 99.4% of them. Every score, the method and the weak spots are published.

Workspace content is typically deleted 30 days after the contract ends and activity logs after about 12 months. Product analytics stay identifiable for up to 90 days and are then aggregated or anonymised.
Are you ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified?
Both are planned, and the trust center shows the current status and will hold the reports once they are issued.
Is there a data processing agreement (AVV)?
Yes. The DPA overview and the full AVV in German are on the trust center, and Business and Enterprise customers can request professional secrecy under § 203 StGB through the AVV.

Usually, because employees work in it. AUVY has no per-person performance views and does not score employees, and we walk your works council through it before rollout.
How does AUVY handle the EU AI Act?
AUVY meets the transparency duties of Art. 50. AUVY says it is an AI whenever someone asks, and a bot that writes to someone on its own signs as an AI the first time. Images AUVY makes carry a machine-readable credential. A person approves what goes out in their name, and the terms rule out prohibited uses and any high-risk use not agreed in advance.
Finance and purchasing
How is AUVY billed?
AUVY GmbH bills the licence yearly, and month to month costs 20 % more. We count the people in the workspace and settle any difference each quarter, and all prices are net of VAT.

The privacy notice, the DPA overview, the full AVV and the subprocessor list are all on the trust center, and invoices come from AUVY GmbH in Germany.
Who is the contract with, and under which law?
AUVY GmbH, Munich, under German law. Terms and documents come in German and English; for the AVV the German text is binding. Business customers in other EU countries are invoiced under reverse charge, and you can pay by invoice, SEPA direct debit or card.
Your client
Does our client need an account?
No. Clients answer and approve through a link, and the answer is recorded in the project.
What does our client see?
Only what you send or share, such as a question to answer, a change to approve or a page you share read-only. You can also invite a client into one project, never into your whole workspace.
Can our client see our internal notes?
No. Internal conversations, what AUVY did and personal notes stay inside the project or with you until a person decides to share them.
