Value Engineer (m/w/d)

As a Value Engineer you bring AUVY to owner-led consultancies whose client material may not leave the firm. You show the owner their own project in AUVY and work out with their numbers what it is worth to them.

The work

  • You hold first conversations with owners of strategy, restructuring, M&A and IT consultancies, first with Patrick, soon on your own.
  • In a walkthrough you show AUVY on a real project of the firm, read from its own mail and files.
  • You build the business case only from numbers the firm gives you, and every assumption stays open to checking.
  • What owners tell you goes into Outeva with its source, and it helps decide what we build next.

Your first 90 days

  1. Day 30You run a walkthrough with confidence and answer an owner's questions on privacy and access.
  2. Day 60You have held ten first conversations with Patrick and built the business case for two firms.
  3. Day 90You lead conversations on your own, and one firm has signed based on your business case.

What we look for

  • You work daily and in depth with coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code or comparable tools, and check what they produce before you use it
  • You build a clean business case and keep every assumption open to checking
  • You know how modern infrastructure runs and build in full TypeScript on current frameworks such as Next.js
  • You think in business and consulting terms by instinct: what a client pays for, where a project makes its margin and what an owner decides on
  • You lead a conversation with an owner calmly to a next step
  • You say openly what AUVY cannot do yet
  • You speak and write German confidently
  • You are enrolled and can work 15 to 20 hours a week during the semester

What we offer

15 to 20 hours a week alongside your studies, directly with co-founder Patrick Schröppel, in the front row of every decision a firm makes. You work across our projects as they need you, and each one sits at the front of what AI can do inside a company today.
